I think it would be nice if the ticket is in the "In Progress" status, replies keep you on the ticket.
For example: button like "Update" or "Update and Stay"
Or a checkbox and save.
I like this idea
So instead of returning to the ticket listing page, you can update a ticket and stay on the ticket? This would be useful if you are continuing to work the ticket.. and if the client replies, a message will still appear and you can click to load it.
