Option for clients to select the service for which they are opening the ticket and list the services along with that like there is similar one in WHMCS for Support manager ?
This will help us to identify the domain/server/service which the client is facing which wil help in cases of lot of services are there or lost of domains/hosting etc is there for a client itself.
Hi, I guess this will be a good feature which whmcs is already having so that each ticket when comes we can know the client (which is already in the blesta now ) and also the service/product for which they are opening the ticket. Like if they are contacting us for a vps which they have, we may have details of that vps under that product so that we can click on the product and get more details of that produts like from which vps , root logindetails if any etc can be found out. and similarly for shared hosting accounts, some times same cient may take multiple shared hostings from one company which may be hosted in multiple servers. if they can choose which service is having issues that will help staff to identify the server easily and help to improve time spend on each tickets
Exactly this should be feature so clients may be able to easily inform us more easily. Especially if a services are on at least two different servers/service lines.
