Option to delete a ticket which is not needed like spam mails

It will be good to have an option to delete a ticket which is created due to spam incoming to departments which are open for public like sales@

This was a sponsored item for Blesta 4.3. Tickets will be able to be deleted in that release.

I can't find the Delete for SPAM tickets. Just find to move them to 'Trash'.

An option to add the IP to the blacklist would be nice also.

Messages in the trash are deleted automatically. How often these are cleaned out depends on your Support Department setting "Automatically Delete Tickets". The default is never. You can choose 1 to 90 days.

Under Tools > Blacklist is where you can block IPs or email addresses.
