truncate KB article title in admin side or make new listing design .

in support manager KB, if the title is long is better to truncate the title or to make a new design listing of articles .

I like this idea
This should probably use bootstrap columns, ie "col-md-4". This was added in 4.0, so updating the plugin to use it would be ideal.
