Please make the "Priorities" to be colored buttons for Support Tickets within ADMIN area.
This way the priorities of each ticket are more clearly identifiable.
NOTE : This is how it is done within the front-end for the client's support tickets area.
Please consider doing the same for the Admin backend area for the tickets.
