add image upload to KB article in support manager

the actual KB articles, allow HTML tags and mush more , it would be helpfull if we can upload images and add htem to our articles .

Greate, before i have worked with tinymce and i have my own upload images with browsing, when i have time i will see how dificult to convert it to ckeditor .
