Support Manager Client tickets overview

Under Consideration

When you have a ticket open at the moment, if you click on the client's name it takes you to their profile.

I think it would be a nice feature to click their name and see an overview of all their tickets with the company.

So you can see open / closed / awaiting reply

How many tickets they have had option count.

Can then extend it to have a time spent on all tickets count.

Could even have a feature to assign an operator to be auto-assigned to tickets for that particular client.
