Only clients with a client group can open tickets

When you select "Allow only clients to open or reply to tickets" you'll be able to select an optional multi-select box to select which client groups to allow to open tickets.
This will be a good way to offer exclusive support to a client group. Maybe VIP or Resellers.
I like the idea, an option to limit by client group if only clients can open or reply to tickets. That way you can have departments for clients in specific groups, for example: Resellers
