To create a ticket who do not have any login with us so far, Scenario is he came on chat in tawk.to and asked for a detailed quaotation, but we are not able to open a ticket with details from portal, as they do not have an account with us.
So, Either add a colum in the Open a ticket section for adding custom email address if no client Id is associated.
