UX Improvements: Make ticket summary page AJAX aware / edit parameters in summary screen

Currently to assign a ticket to a staff member, it seems we have to edit each ticket individually and update it.

The only bulk "reassign" operation appears to move a ticket between cutomers rather than letting you bulk assign tickets to staff members

What would be great was if we could click on the Priority/Department/Assigned To fields and change each one without having to drill down into the ticket

It would also be ideal if we can select a bunch of tickets and assign them to an individual

and finally it would be good to be able to filter based on unassigned in addition to those assigned to a staff member.

You have my full support in this matter. Going through that, in addition to possibly attending anger management sessions, would be really beneficial. I believe that one of the reasons for their behavior is because they take the game of far too seriously. You may find online at cookie clicker. Throughout my travels, I've seen a few people who believe that the game is genuinely their life.
