UX Improvements: Make ticket summary page AJAX aware / edit parameters in summary screen

Currently to assign a ticket to a staff member, it seems we have to edit each ticket individually and update it.
The only bulk "reassign" operation appears to move a ticket between cutomers rather than letting you bulk assign tickets to staff members
What would be great was if we could click on the Priority/Department/Assigned To fields and change each one without having to drill down into the ticket
It would also be ideal if we can select a bunch of tickets and assign them to an individual
and finally it would be good to be able to filter based on unassigned in addition to those assigned to a staff member.
