Support Tickets: Add a 'From' Column on Ticket List Page

Add either the clients first and last name (or Company Name) or the email address (if they are not a registered client) to allow Blesta users to find support tickets faster when responding.

I would say have a tooltip on the ticket id to show who is the client or email address (if not a client) and maybe a company name if it's from a client?

Personally, I'd rather see it right in front of my eyes otherwise, the tooltip isn't much faster than opening the ticket like we do now. I know you're a fan of less on the screen but I'm a fan of speed and efficiency.

First and Last Name, linked to their client account? If not attached to a client account, display email address instead?
