Forward to new ticket form when there is only on department setup
Auto-redirect users to the new ticket form when there is only one support department available instead of showing an intermediate page with only one option.
Just try it yourself on your own system:
Then you click on "Support" and land here: -- I think this page could be in a lot of cases, most smaller companies will only have one department here.
There you will always have to click on "Support" again even if there is no other option to land where you actually wanted to go to land here:
