I believe it would be awesome to have a rating system for the support tickets where clients can leave a 1-10 star rating or 1-5 hopefully 1-10 so it gives a better understanding and also a feedback comment section.
This would be sent to the client after the ticket has been resolved (closed). And then saved to the ticket and maybe a page on the support manager so we can compare staff and read the feedback and ratings. Also link to the ticket so management can see exactly why they were rated that.
Rate tickets or rate staff specifically? Multiple staff could help to resolve a ticket. Anyway, created a task here https://dev.blesta.com/browse/CORE-3632
