Support Staff & Billing Pricing Items viewing elimination
The feature that would allow the support staff to see active services with due dates/expire dates but not seeing the prices/billing and not see certain items of client profile (lets say client don't want the support to know where he lives but only management should know that)?
For instance, support team should know until which date they can support the service (client) but not supposed to know how much this service sold/invoiced at, perhaps its a custom special agreement and pricing only should be known to management.
