Having support tickets appear in a dedicated slack channel. Ideally this could include orders and service auto suspension events.
An ideal setup for a ticket webhook would include the summary, body, client name - number and a a ticket hash.
This is planned per the new messaging system, see https://dev.blesta.com/browse/CORE-2806 However, slack and other chat integrations may not be included in the initial release of this new system. Initial implementation of messaging would be for Orders and Tickets, with support for other core actions like suspensions in a future release.
