Under Consideration

I think it would be very useful to prevent orders from specific countries.

Stage1:

=> Restrict Country billing addresses

Stage2:

=> Disallow orders based on geolocation (as an alternative to specifying an exception/block in fraudlabs,...)

Stage3:

=> optional IP-Address based blocklist. An idea is to use a country aggregated list: http://ipverse.net/

I like this idea

If we a country-based IP blocklist, we would use the MaxMind GeoIP integration to determine the country the user is located in.

That is a good option with regard to user location.(see step2)

The reason why i would argue for an additonal (optional) step => step3 - ip based blocklist (in cidr notation) is that, if we allow blesta users to specify an url (where chron can fetch the list), then any user can also conjure up a custom list.
