Need ability to block countries or IP Address of the ticket submitter
Need ability to block countries or IP Address of the ticket submitter.
It was mentioned in a forum post that Blesta cannot detect an IP of the submitter.
BUT YET . . .
Blesta can identify the IP address of any client that has signed in to their Blesta accounts.
So I imagine there has to be a way to identify the IP address for those who come in contact with the Support Ticket System.
For example :
WordPress contact forms are able to log the IP Address and the country of email submitters.
So surely there has to be a way for the Support Manager to be able to do the same too.
