Need Ability to Get an Admin Nag Notification for Outstanding Tickets
A reminder that sends an email to a Staff member that is assigned to remind them that they have a ticket in their queue.
Some staff members forget to reply to tickets and the tickets go unnoticed by them or others.
Could we set set it to "nag" if 1 or 2 days have passed via a CRON ?
