Add Notification Bell On Blesta Staff Interface.

Hello Blesta Community,

I have been using Blesta Since Few years it's a great Software but lacks some features on GUI part .

My Suggestion is To Add a Notfication Bell on Admin Panel Where Once A Staff Logs IN Gets to See All The notifications of the Day Since the Time he Logged off the Admin Panel .

Notifs to Be Displayed -

1.> Ticket Notifications (New Opened Tickets , Client Replies)

2.> New Orders Received (Approved Orders)

3.> New Client Registration
