Ticket System - Dispaly Date of Creation/Update for closed tickets

Whilst its really nice to see that the last reply to a ticket has been
120 days, 10 hours, 9 minutes and 32 seconds ago,
trying to find a specific one would be a lot easier if it also had a date displayed.
or at least an filter option that could search the tickets (also with a timeframe as critera).
I like this idea
