Support Tickets: Specify Ticket Contacts

If a customer account has multiple contacts, it would be nice to optionally specify who receives each individual support ticket. By default, all contacts receive the ticket unless certain contacts are un checked. For example, if the billing department sends a ticket about a past due invoice (or any other billing related matter), there is no reason for anyone not affiliated with billing concerns to receive that ticket.
Is there any update for this? I think there is good support for it.

This would be great to have.
I can't tell you how many times a day I get complaints from Primary Account holders about the number of ticket responses they receive when someone on their team (additional contact) submits Support Tickets. This was needed like yesterday.
It looks like this is planned per https://dev.blesta.com/browse/CORE-3193 I bumped it up a little in the backlog and we'll take a look at it soon.
