Support Form Hide description box and autofil subject

When creating a support department that relies entirely on the data entered in the extra fields, it is no longer necessary to have the description field, please can there be a setting to make this field mandatory/not mandatory, or better still not shown.
Also, the description field could have an auto generated text so that the user doesn't need to change it. Auto generated text may also be a way around the description field. These would be setup in the department section.
