Sale and Billing separate email templates and functions.

Under Consideration

I would like Support Manager to have independent functions for Sales, Billing and Support. Example

I create Sales dept give it sales@brent.com

There is no way to make a template to link it to. So when I pipe sales@brent.com customer gets back a Support email not sales email.
