When a customer has many open invoices (or many in any other status) it can become problematic when trying to manage a billing request. You have to go through each invoice, click the cog item to see what it was for (especially annoying when the customer has many products of the same name).
It would be nice if instead of having to go through each invoice and click the cog icon, you could just click 'View Invoices' from the service details page. It would show all the invoices for that specific service making it much easier to manage.
