When invoices cannot be edited, allow cloning of cancelled invoice as basis for replacement invoice

In situations where invoices need to be cancelled, it would be nice to have a feature to clone a cancelled invoice as the basis for a replacement invoice. Adding onto this feature, maybe just have a 'clone invoice' option that can clone any invoice, regardless of status, and assign a new invoice number and save it in a draft or unpublished state ready for editing.
