Upgrade / Downgrade emails

It would be nice if staff and clients had an email confirmation for updates / downgrades of packages and configurations. That would alert staff to upgrade manual provision items and also alert customers to say that it has been completed.
This would be a new email template (probably 2, one for staff, one for clients). Any suggestions on the language for upgrade/downgrade emails?
Maybe something like this mate:
This is a confirmation for your {upgrade/downgrade.notice} service. Please allow 5-10 minutes for the cron to run and process it.
this email should make in consideration for paid invoice of upgrade .
so it should two email,
1 - when the client is request upgrade/downgrade
2- when the upgrade/downgrade made sucessfully .
