When replying to a client in the ticket system and adding an attachment, this does not get sent on the ticket e-mail.
We should include attachments in ticket-system e-mails.
This has been completed as part of Blesta 5.1, see https://dev.blesta.com/browse/CORE-3648 for details. Attachments will be able to be optionally sent per the department settings.
