Support Credits

It would be really nice if there was an option to have "Support Credits" added to blesta.

There should be two types of support-credit. "Included" and "Paid".

Included Credits should be set via Client group settings. At the end of each month, the remaining "Included" Credits should expire, and new "included" should be added.

The "Paid" should refillable via a product/package/module (either recurring, or one-time). With an optional Expiry date (for each credit) - ie: 12 Months.

In support-manager set a Cost for a department. (IE: Remote Hands = 2 Credits, Emergency Support = 5 credits).

Specify a "Ticket Cost" (optional) for a Support Department. (ie: 1 Support Credit).

When a client wants to open a ticket in this department, they can only do so if they have enough credits (free+paid) and the appropriate amount would be deducted from the account.

Ideally there should be an option for staff to charge additional support credits in a ticket (ie: remote hands ticket includes one hour of work, then 1 credit for each additional 30 minutes) or refund support credits (ie: network department - outage confirmed - ticket credits refunded).
