The comment that would be visible to the staff members in ALL client tickets.
Can you please elaborate more on this request because you can leave notes already for the tickets and they are shown to just the staff.
A sticky note that would be in any ticket that client opens, visible to support staff.
Like any important information that management wants a support team to know about the client.
I don't see the need for this I'll see what Paul says but I think client notes are fine for important information.
For clarity, the sticky note would appear only for tickets associated with a particular client? So any and all tickets associated with the client would have the sticky note appear in them at the top of the page? Where would you add/edit such a note?
I think they do mean when a staff is VIEWING a ticket to visually see the notations instead of having to visit the client him/her/their selves account just to see it right?
I mean what if a client prefers to be referenced as Sam instead of Terry? How would a random staff member gets this memo instead of hoping they see it on Terry's Account Page?
