refresh ticket screen option
Already Possible
Enable me to be lazy and leave a screen on my tickets page with a refresh interval so I can mute all other devices and occaisionally glance at the ticket queue! Would be beneficial when not wanting to be distracted by alerts and get some work done, but needing to know if someone needs assistance
I think it'd be more valuable to companies with a few in the same office to know when they're needed
The ticket queue already does update automatically.
