It would be nice if the top-level Admin menus with child menu items would open on mouse over as well as by click and key press.
For example, the Clients, Billing, Packages, Tools, etc. menus that drop down to show child menus all require a click to drop down. That's necessary for mobile devices, but it's extra work on a desktop. If you add a mouse over event to the top-level menu items to drop down the child menus, you could reduce the number of clicks required by half.
