I was wondering if anyone thinks a BCC for the email templates would be a good idea. I was thinking about it as you can collect reviews for trustpilot if you BCC an email address when an order has been completed.
It will ask them how the service is going automatic and they can leave a review.

I think we should be able to set BCC's in email templates. I also think that should be a rather small change not sure I follow your reason why though.
You can ask them about the service being auto-renew which is what I think you mean, in the 'welcome' email template that is sent when the service is provisioned. BCC often looks 'dodgy' to people receiving because spammers use it a lot.
It could be very handy for other record keeping though, I am sure there are some people who would like to be BCC'ed on every invoice going out.
See Settings > System > Staff > Staff Groups. All core email templates can be enabled for BCC subscription. Then under "My Info" admins can subscribe to receive BCC notices for that email.
