Be able to send custom email to specific clients of your choosing

Under Consideration

Would be great to send emails to specific clients. Not just blesta emails but custom made via html etc emails.

I like this idea

You have to install and configure the Support Manager plugin to do it, but you can use the ticket system in Support Manager to send emails to a client and track their response(s).
