It would be neater and more user friendly if the pre-defined responses went above the staff signature.
At the moment it goes below the text in the reply box.

The text should be added where you have clicked.

predefined text here! (i clicked here, as i want to have it at this place)

From antoher system i used before, it has worked like this. Would be nice to see the same on Blesta in future.
