Enable coupons to discount service fees

There is no way to target a setup fee with coupons. This limits the ability to run specials that wave setup fees.

I like this idea

So the coupon could be used just to waive the setup fee? You wouldn't use the same coupon to offer a discount AND free setup right?

It would be nice if it were flexible enough to do both, discount setup fees by percentage or dollar amounts and to waive it all together.

If it was possible also to target the monthly fee that would give us more flexibility. With the same ability to put a time limit on the discount. Let say 1st year 25% off and no setup fee. Does that become complex to implement?
