In the admin area, it would be great to see some info about service queue.
- Queued items
- Failed queue tasks.
- Last attempt tasks.
- Tasks that will not be attempted anymore.
- And so on.
This will add more visibility and allow us to act quickly on failures.

Have you checked under Tools > Service Queue? Provision, Renewal, Suspension, Unsuspension, and Cancellation queue's are shown here, including next attempt, failed attempts, max attempts, etc. Or are you looking for something else entirely?
I noticed that I had a few services hanging in the cancelation queue because of an error which I needed to fix. I just noticed because I looked specifically in the Tools>Service Queue>Cancellations section.
It would be nice to have some sort of widget or alert/notification in the main /admin area to let you know at a glance that there are tasks stuck in the queue.
