Admin Area - Ability to Change the Avatar for the Tabs of a Web Browser

Under Consideration

We need the Admin Area to have the ability to Change the Avatar within the Tabs of a Web Browser.

Currently we have to remember to go to . . . .

/app/views/admin/default/images/favicon.ico for admin area

/app/views/client/bootstrap/images/favicon.ico for client area

. . . . to manually change the favicon.io file back after each upgrade.

Would also be good if this avatar change stayed within the database.
