Remove payza

We need to remove payza because it's no longer around and it's taking up space on Blesta.

Having a module for a company who had been closed a year ago, does not make sense. So, its better to remove payza module.

Amazing. Its still being shipped with 5.1.3 version.

Did you have it installed when you upgraded? It doesn't get removed.

I installed 5.1.3 softaculous and its still being shipped.

My apologies it's been moved to Fix Version/s: 5.2.0-b1, so it won't be shipped with 5.2.0 +
