Remove installed plugins/modules/gateways from Available tab

i don't see any benifect from showing installed greyed
plugins/modules/gateways in the Available Tabs, i suggest only show the
no-installed addon .
I like this idea
The advantage is that a user may be looking to install an extension without realizing it is already installed.
