Update for 2checkout plugin to support subscriptions

It looks like 2checkout updated their API. According to the documentation it is possible to save customer billing details and enable subscriptions: https://knowledgecenter.2checkout.com/Onboarding/05Start_using_the_Avangate_API

It would be nice to get an update for these features.

Forgot to mention, 2checkout support a notification system for new payments, the one similar to PayPal. Currently when receiving payments I have to record them manually.
