Reassign Services from one user to another

Under Consideration

It would be really neat if there was a mechanism to move services between user accounts.

Example:

User1 -> "Webhosting" Service (Start 13th Jan 2021, Monthly, next due 13th Feb 2021)

Reassign Service to User 2 on 1st of Feb:

User 1 Account -> Service with the same package name from 13th Jan 2021 cancelled/ended on 1st of Feb 2021

User 2 -> Add new Service 1st of Feb 2021, Monthly, next due 13th Feb 2021, Move the previous users service/module config/... over to here.
