Password reset should also complete email verification

Under Consideration

Currently, the Reset My Password functionality doesn't mark the client's email address as verified. But, it would be convenient if it did, saving some clients an extra step. In order to successfully reset their password, the client must receive and click an email link just like they do for email address verification.
