A PAID Itemized Receipt Should be Attached to the Customer's "Paid Notification" Email

There is no detailed, itemized description that shows the customer what they paid for.

Currently when the customer receives a "PAID" notification email they are NOT shown what they paid for.

They have to go through the process of logging into their account in order to get an itemized paid receipt.

And in some case if they do not remember their password, they now have to go through an additional process of a password reset.

Other "Billing" notifications to the customer have an itemized PDF invoice attached to it, whereas this same feature is NOT executed when the customer gets a "PAID" email notification.

1) - An " Itemized PAID Receipt" should be attached to the customer's "Paid Notification" Email.

2) - OR... the customer's "Paid Notification Email" needs to display an itemized detail of what they just paid for within the email message.

Within every transaction online ( whether it be E-commerce or a utility ) there has always been an itemized list of what we paid for OR receipt is attached.

We have a customers that have multiple invoices paid either on the same day --OR-- in some cases have RE-curring payments where they do not even remember what they are paid for.

We actually had one case where the customer got very upset because they did not feel they should have to go through the login process to see their receipts.

I tend to agree with them, as I personally have never had to login for receipts concerning E-Commerce or Utility payments.

Doing so takes away from the user-friendly experience, and adds to confusion for the customer.

1) - Can you pull the same code from the "Invoice" email templates and add it to the "PAID" Email template so that the invoice will have a PAID watermark over it ?

2) - A shortcode to insert the itemized paid details into the "Paid" Email message template.

Alternatively, if the itemized list cannot be added to the template of the PDF Receipt, it would be fantastic if we could see the itemized list within the "Paid" email template itself.

Having the itemized list of what you are being billed for OR have paid for is usually displayed in the emails we receive from our water, electric, garbage utility companies.

This is even a feature in WHMCS whenever our host provider sends us a bill.

In my honest opinion THIS feature is sorely needed in the Blesta invoice and receipt templates.

A payment could be applied to no invoice, a partial invoice, or multiple invoices. When a partial payment is made toward an invoice, there is no way to know which line items, or what amounts of what line items, the payment was intended.

Understood.

But we still need this itemized list of the services and costs for the invoices that are sent out.

And as for the "paid" receipts, we also need this for invoices "Paid in Full ".

WHMCS and other water, internet utility and gas companies display this "itemized invoice / receipt" in their emails.

Will you be adding this to Blesta ?

Invoices that are paid do have a PAID watermark on them. If you can provide an example and point out the itemized information that would be great.
