I think having more options to restrict information to staff groups is needed. For example, let's say we have support staff that needs access to services, their first name, and email only. Having the option to do that would be amazing. In cyber security, one of the biggest threats is employees, it's not that you don't trust them it's just that they are unaware of the attacks that can happen and without the proper training stuff like leaking client information could very well occur. So having this on blesta would give peace of mind and better help secure the client data overall.
