Improving affiliates exclude mechanism to handle large amount of packages exclusion

Hello,
If we want to exclude certain products from Affiliate commission (specially domains), we can do it from Clients --> Clients --> Affiliates --> Settings --> Exclude Packages . However, it is troublesome to exclude if we have 100s of packages because of several domain tlds. eg. Namesilo allows you to import several 100 domain tlds, and its really inconvenient to disallow each separately from here "Exclude Packages" settings.
Please include mechanism to "Allow" also along with "Exclude" so that in case of large number of packages, we can Select "Allow" and then select only few packages where we want to give commission to Affiliates.
