Group packages list by package group in /admin/packages/ + remember order

Under Consideration

When you have many packages, it's very hard to manage them at /admin/packages/ because they are sorted by order of creation (desc).

Please consider adding these:

* Option to show the packages list grouped by package group. This will shorten the package list and make it easier to work with packages.

* Option to remember the sort order -> by name, date of creation, etc. Right now every time a package is created o saved, the order is reset.
