Generic domains: add ability for customers tu purchase them

Hi,
I didn't find any option for customers to order Generic Domains domains. The domain checker can't find information about it's status and say it's not available, with no option to manually purchase it.
Customers should have the ability to order these domains, and admins would manually provision them and activate the order.
This could be done before the domain manager with regular services.
I like this idea
