Currency Based on GEO

Under Consideration

Since Blesta already has Maxmind to set default country. It would make more sense to set default currency based on location as well.

If a user's currency is not defined, blesta should use default currency.

Also pulling data via feeds within Blesta, It only allows setting parameters via url. Would be great to get this to work with Maxmind as well.

For our case - We are using Blesta as our primary website with CMS
