Cpanel and Direct Admin CSF - ban/unblock

We do not have to treat every ban the same, only certain bans can be removed this way.

I like this idea

We've had a plugin for this for a long time, it's referenced in your forum thread. https://docs.blesta.com/display/user/IP+Unblocker

Or are you asking for a change to this plugin that you didn't mention in this request?

Hi Paul,

At this moment we are not able to unblock customer ip using this plugin, we are able only to unblock own ip.

Here is one example of client usage.

Front page of unban center: https://i.imgur.com/OqG9i9r.png

Is how us all services where we can unblock ip adress.

After we chose service, this popup showup: https://i.imgur.com/HGSKsvB.png

After click at unban, it will show us message:

- Ip is not blocked at (SERVER NAME)

- IP is unblocked at (SERVER NAME), reason for blocking (REASON).

Are you asking for our unban plugin to list all currently banned IP's for staff?

I don't that it is good idea.

This is not what i looking for.

I will like to be able unban my customer ip as reseller.

And if we can display ban reason.

So you want clients who have a reseller plan to be able to unban any IP address? Let them enter an IP to unban? The more we talk, the more confused I am about what you're asking for.

No, just to unban custom ip and show ban reason.

For example, i am reseller, and one of.my customers get ban, because he miss email/password combination 10 times.

How i can unban him this currect Blesta plugin?

Plugins for other platfomrs showing ban reason and name of server where user is banned.

So we can provide more info to user if he ask for.

The option for any user/customer to login to their account and unblock any IP by entering the IP and unblocking it.

And also the same option for admin to do the same in the admin dashboard.

As of Blesta version 5.9 the IP Unblocker plugin allows the client to specify the IP if you have allowed them to do so in the plugin configuration by checking the box "Allow the IP address to be provided by the client".

This request should have been market complete years ago.
