Rather than manually changing each template's assigned email from the UI - There should be a setting to alter or override the from emails sent from Blesta.
In the dream scenario - This would be done on a per category basis but anything that allowed bulk changes would be fantastic

You can do this by the database. However I do agree maybe we should automate this when changing the company hostname?
the problem isnt so much that its hard to change. the problem is by default it assumes certain departments will be created for support.
ie:
support@
sales@
billing@
...
so those blesta users that want to use a single e-mail address or maybe have only one or two departments, end up with a lot of work.
I would suggest that by default all emails use support@ by default. if anyone wants to deviate from this, then they can update the email templates/settings for the ones they wish to change. (or even better, add a "default contact mail" to the company settings and use that by default.
